45 cal, 395gr, one lube grove or two

I am working on finalizing my mold desing for a .452, 395 gr bullet velosity will be 1750 + or -, the "in case length" will be .475in - .500in. As far as lube groves go, would one large grove @ a 2.0 ratio or two groves @ a .7-.8 ratio be better ? i will be using a gas check on this bullet.

Design is largely a matter of personal preference. My personal preference is likely to be different than yours.

What I can suggest is that a GtoB = 2 is probably not practical because the lube will not want to stay in the groove at the reloading bench.
