FYI the only hard part about nose-sizing is getting it set up for the desired sizing depth, and keeping that depth the same from one batch to the next.
I recently added a 2nd lubrisizer to my fleet. The 2nd lubrisizer is, for the time being, dedicated to nose sizing. This really helps to reduce setup and speed up the flow. Here's my setup for sizing 6mm bullets.
#1 -- the bullet is lubricated in a 0.246" die.
#2 -- the nose is sized in a die that matches the taper of the leade. I use the front band diameter to adjust the sizing depth, i.e., until the front band is sized to 0.242".
#3 -- this last step is optional, but just in case the base was unintentionally bumped up during the nose-sizing step, I run the bullet through a 0.246" push-thru.
