from the old forum:

45/90 1866 Sharps Business Rifle bore .459+, with Soule tang sight and Lyman front globe sight - Circle within Circle.
Bullet 430gr GC MM of course, sized 460+
Lube Lyman Super Molly
Seated to crimp grove and good roll crimp.
Starline brass
41.5 grains of IMR 3031
2 grain dacron filler
CCI LR primer

Velocity 1522 according to QuickLoad

5 rounds at 67 yards (yes there is 5 rounds in there)

Overcast about 60 degrees, slight tail wind.

Measures (the best I can do) .91 OUTSIDE edges

MGySgt, is this the rifle that has the long, gentle throat?

Yes this is the one I just got back from the shop. Long throat and tapered into the lands (don't remember what he said the taper is, but it is for cast).

Started as a long chambered 45/70 is why it was rechambered to 45/90.

Best group I could do with IMR 4198 was slightly over 1.5 center to center, that was easy to measure.

The throat on this is tight .461 for a .460+ bullet, not much room between the bullet and the walls.

I never expected to get a group like this out of that oversize bore.

Note - I am not engraving the lands. It likes the little bit of jump.
