No, I never shot anything that heavy. No reason to, not that that ever stops people.
All my 30-06 cast adventures are posted on this website. I had best luck with loverins, but some bore riders did OK, with all the usual hoops to jump through for a correct fit.
The SAAMI 30-06 chamber has a decent, but tapered throat. The tapered throat is not really an advantage for cast -- if you size to fit the fat part of the throat, then it won't fit in the narrow part of the throat. I usually sized the front band 0.308" so it would chamber reliably (I tried a tapered bullet to match the throat but it actually shot less well). The 30-06's main weakness is the grossly oversize chamber neck, requiring an oversize bullet to fill the void.
