Bullet Swaging Supply has added a true 9.3mm gas check.
The ID is the same as the Hornady 375, so it is supposed to fit on any shank cut for the Hornady 375.
9.3mm ID = 0.355" - 0.357" vs. Hornady 375 ID = 0.355" - 0.356"
9.3mm thickness = 0.015" vs. Hornady 375 thickness = 0.018"
9.3mm OD = 0.371" vs. Hornady 375 OD = 0.386"
9.3mm weight = 3.3 gr. vs. Hornady 375 weight = 5.9 gr.
It appears to be as advertised. I'll try to add it to the design program later this evening.
I suppose 35 caliber molds could be cut for this check, as well, though there is no logical reason to do so.
The 375 check works dandy on 9.3mm bullets providing you have a good bullet sizing die. The problem is, many mass produced dies suck and will mangle an oversize check.
