Beyond that, you are limited only by your imagination and by what the design program will let you do.
I have no personal experience with the 460 so I have no personal pet loads to share. I presume it follows the same rules as any other magnum revolver. A bore riding nose similar to the John Ross 700 gr 500 S&W design might be an option, though I"m not sure that there is any advantage to it other than more powder capacity if you are into full throttle loads.
