The Browning M71 does not a have a throat. If it were me, I'd buy a throating reamer and cut a throat just deep enough to create a gentle angle leading into the rifling.

But here is a design that might function in the factory throat. You will need to verify that the nose diameter is appropriate for your rifle -- err on the side of reliable chambering.
